Thought I was doing the best for my Ford Taurus by taking it to Ford. Now I won't even go their for an oil change.
I have always had great customer service whether purchasing a new vehicle or coming in for an oil change. Haven't met the new owners yet, but have heard great things about the change.

Found out from another mechanic how shoddy Ford's work is. I had been going there for almost a year and the had replaced some parts. The next mechanic said they were shot. He pulled out of the vehicle and showed me new vs. what was in my car. "This piece is supposed to be lubed at every oil change. Not only that, when you install the part, it gets filled with lube. This piece that came out of your car... it was never lubed. Ever."
