Working with the staff, (sales, design, and project management) was great. The biggest negative was that it took 9 months from start to finish for a bathroom update. This was due to one sub that pushed the schedule out and then installed the wrong component when they did arrive. Things were taken care of and end result looks good.
Well after a week of on hold do to weather, the group showed up looked around for an hour or longer packed up left and did not return..... The next morning they showed back and started bright and early. Work was completed the next day. Ground were cleaned up. Dumpster was left in are drive way for over a week. Had to make a call to remind them it was still blocking are drive way.
Excellent job and good to work with. Answered all my questions and Job was completed in a timely manner. Honored the contract agreed upon no questions asked even though their was overruns needed to complete the project. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
I have had three different houses sided by Lindus Construction. The first one was in 1985 and they did a terrific job! About 10 years later we ended up moving and the place we bought needed siding, so we called Lindus to do the job. They did a fantastic job on our second place too. My husband passed away and I have down sized to a smaller house, which wouldn't you know needed siding! Lindus Construction was the place I called to do my third house. They are just finishing the job now and once again I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They are a little higher priced than other places, but you definitely get what you pay for! I would highly recommend them!
The two man crew that built my deck were some of the best craftsman I have worked with. Able to solve problems on site and worked well with me as a customer. Lead carpenter had a great eye for the small details that made the deck stand out. Prompt in answering questions and took care of business. Would work with them again.
